  • Wall openings & doorways
  • Concrete cutting & joint cutting
  • Ceiling openings
  • Anchor drilling
  • Dust-free working
1

Core drilling with diamond technology

Core drilling is the cleanest and most precise method for creating openings in concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry. Our diamond drill bits cut through any material -- quietly, with low vibration and minimal dust generation. Unlike chiselling, no cracks form in the surrounding material, and the drill holes have exactly the desired diameter. This makes core drilling ideal for pipe penetrations, ventilation openings, new window and door openings, and retrofit installations in existing buildings.

2

Wall openings for renovation and modernisation

Open-plan living concepts are on trend -- and this often means that load-bearing or non-load-bearing walls need to be opened up. We create wall openings of all sizes: from small serving hatches to complete doorway openings. For load-bearing walls, we work closely with structural engineers to properly install the necessary steel beams. Thanks to our low-dust working methods, we can also work in occupied houses and apartments without unduly disrupting residents' daily lives.

How We Work

Your Project in 4 Steps

1

Inspection

We check the wall or ceiling construction and clarify the desired dimensions.

2

Utility Detection

Hidden utilities are located before drilling to prevent damage.

3

Drilling/Cutting

Core drilling or opening is carried out precisely and with low dust.

4

Cleanup

Drill cores are removed, the work area is cleaned and handed over.

FAQ

Common Questions

What diameters are possible?

We drill core holes from 10 mm to over 500 mm in diameter – depending on requirements.

Can reinforced concrete be drilled?

Yes, our diamond drill bits cut through reinforced concrete and rebar.

How much dust is produced?

With wet drilling, hardly any dust is produced. The working environment remains largely clean.

Do I need a structural engineer for a wall opening?

For load-bearing walls, a structural calculation is mandatory. For non-load-bearing partition walls, a structural engineer is usually not required. We advise you on whether a structural engineer needs to be consulted.

Can you also drill into basement ceilings?

Yes, we drill into walls, ceilings and floors -- including reinforced concrete basement ceilings. Wet drilling ensures low-dust working here as well.
